The bare steel aluminum wire is divided into 2 sections of steel core and aluminum wire.

• The steel core is twisted by 7 hard steel wires, withstands up to 100kg / m2. The steel core is greased to prevent corrosion from the environment and increases durability when used.
• The outer core of the steel core is the aluminum wire which is twisted from many small aluminum wires. The aluminum material that Tran Phu uses for its products is 99% pure aluminum, ensuring the quality and durability of aluminum bare steel wire..

The structure of aluminum-core bare steel wire, aluminum part is the conductive part and the steel core creates mechanical strength to make the wire able to withstand the tension when construction and overhead.

Specifications of bare steel wire aluminum wire

In order to reduce the risk of rust in some environmental conditions (such as in coastal areas or corrosive metal areas), bare aluminum wire with steel core will be filled with fat according to IEC 61089-1997. There are 4 types of grease:

• Case 1: only steel core is greased
• Case 2: The whole wire is greased, except the outermost layer
• Case 3: The entire wire is greased, including the outer layer
• Case 4: The whole wire is greased, except for the outer surface of the outermost fibers
