All workers of the Company are skilled and have more than 10 years experience in the field of electric cable production. In addition, there are more than 45 staff with university and postgraduate qualifications, 25 intermediate staff (majors in manufacturing machines, electricity, industrial electricity, industrial automation, economics, business management business, finance and accounting, statistics ...) directly operating and managing production and business activities. Number of skilled engineers, staff, technical workers trained abroad: 40 people (including in Finland, Austria, Japan, Spain, Germany, Russia, Taiwan, Malaisia, China ...).
