Aerial power grid safety corridor is a space along an overhead power transmission line, set up to ensure safety for everyone. Despite being important, in fact, many organizations and individuals are still not aware of the regulations on the grid corridor leading to violations and unfortunate accidents. The article will bring the most visual images to help you visualize better about this issue, thereby protecting yourself.
1. Do not steal or disassemble cords, earthing leads, and electrical equipment of the grid. Do not climb on electric poles, be in power stations or safety areas of electrical works when not on duty.
2. Do not use high-pressure constructions without agreement and permission. When construction, people must be fully protective equipment.
3. Flying kites and flying objects near high-voltage constructions is strictly prohibited. It is prohibited to fly vehicles with distance to the nearest part of high-voltage power grid works of less than 100m, except for the aircraft which is responsible for managing, maintaining, and repairing power lines as permitted by regulations.
4. Prohibited to install antennas, clothesline, and scaffolding; signs, advertising billboards, and other items at positions where, when collapsed, may collide with high-voltage grid works.
5. It is strictly prohibited to shoot birds on electric wires, power stations, or throw anything on electric lines or power stations.
6. Planting trees or placing trees which violate the safety distance to overhead conducting lines and power stations is also prohibited. Besides, the act of letting trees fall into power lines when cutting trees or taking advantage of the protection and repair of high-voltage power grid works to cut trees is also not allowed.
7. Do not dig or fill soil, arrange materials, equipment, or waste products in violation of safety distances.
8. It is strictly forbidden to use electric poles, power stations to build houses, tents, stores, to tie cattle, or for any other purposes.
9. Do not blast, open mines, stack, and store flammable substances or chemicals likely to corrode or damage parts of the power grid project.
10. Burning upland fields, using construction means which cause shocks or are likely to cause damage, incidents to power grid works, power stations, or power plants.
These 10 notes have been clearly defined by the government to ensure safety for people, limiting accidents and electrical incidents. Tran Phu Electric Engineering hopes that people together can propagate key and useful information about the grid corridor in particular and electrical safety in general; contribute to creating a community of knowledge and civilization.
