Regulations on construction and building near power lines
1. Prohibited acts
In Article 4 of Decree No. 14/2014 / ND-CP detailing the implementation of the Electricity Law on Electrical Safety also states: Prohibited acts including climbing on electricity poles, entering power stations or safe areas of electricity works when not on duty; using high-voltage grid works for other purposes without agreement with the unit managing high-voltage grid works.
