Difficult beginning and the goal of Tran Phu

In 1984, Tran Phu Electric Mechanical Company was established with a foundation specializing in mechanical equipment for the construction industry. After years of effort doing research to find new development directions in line with the market mechanism as well as the development orientation of the country, Tran Phu Electric Mechanical has turned to producing electric cables and later on electric civil wires. At that time, the very first steps into a new field for Tran Phu were extremely difficult as the equipment was not adequate, the lines were not modern, the economy was still disadvantageous, etc.

Overcoming these challenges, from the early days of its establishment, Tran Phu has drawn clear orientations and visions to become one of the leading enterprises in the field of manufacturing electric wires and cables in the region and extend to international markets.

35 years of relentless efforts

Gradually conquering new levels, Tran Phu Electric Engineering has increasingly affirmed the position, prestige, and quality of Tran Phu Electric Wire & Cable brand.

With the spirit that everything must be up to "standard" from the first steps, Tran Phu always rigorously chooses input materials from leading suppliers in the country and around the world to ensure safety in usage, manufacturing and helping to protect the environment. In order to maximize production efficiency as well as improve product quality, Tran Phu Electric Wire & Cable is constantly researching, improving, and applying a modern closed production line with technology transferred from the most advanced industrial countries in Europe to ensure the production capacity which is no less than of international rivals. Products of Tran Phu electric wire and cable have been certified to meet TCVN standards issued by the General Department of Standards, Metrology, and Quality; At the same time, it meets the standards of Europe (IEC / DIN / VDE), USA (UL, ASTM), Japan (JIS), and so on. This has shown the competing capability of Tran Phu in the international market.

In 2018, Tran Phu started to operate a logistics system specializing in wires and cables in Long Bien, Hanoi with a large capacity, good product preservation, and the ability to quickly manage - delivery - transport goods. As a result, Tran Phu not only meets the increasing needs of domestic consumers but also becomes a reliable source for foreign partners. Only a year later, Tran Phu started to construct a modern large-scale electric wire and cable factory on an area of 5 hectares in VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park. In the third quarter of 2020, when the factory is inaugurated, this promises to be a stepping-stone for Tran Phu to implement its export goals, and expand more and more to the international market.

Every effort is paid off

With the spirit of daring to think and act and its firm stuff, Tran Phu has won many prestigious awards and affirmed its position in the market. In which, for 6 consecutive years, Tran Phu won the title of National Brand (2014-2020), ASEAN Famous Brand Award 2013. Especially, Tran Phu is the first electrical wire and cable unit of Vietnam awarded the "European Award for Quality" in Paris (France) which once again confirms its international standard quality. Since then, Tran Phu has become more and more confident and steady on the path of conquering domestic and international markets.

In 2019, Tran Phu initially exports to regional markets, however, to date, Tran Phu is not only trusted in regional countries (such as Laos and Myanmar) but also affirmed its capacity when exporting to major markets such as the United States and the Middle East.
